i suggest commpeak

Switching to commpeak for our voip needs was a gamechanger Neta and commpeak team patiently walked us through the setup process, addressing any concerns we had and ensuring that everything was configured optimally for our needs. strongly recommend

Not refunding me

Due to closed business we have stopped working with them and I requested a refund of my remaining balance. I received false promises and even after several months they are reading my messages but they are not refunding my balance which keeps on getting charged every month even though I am not using their services anymore.

BEWARE!

Always available customer support

Very helpful customer support, any time you need them. Cheap prices for US calls and DIDs.
pleasant UI. Some technical issues sometimes but attempts of customer support to help compensate for the discomfort of technical malfunctions. Overall, i like it. Keep it up.

True worldwide coverage

When I was searching for a VoIP provider, I wnted to make sure to find one that ACTUALLY lets me call and send text messages to anywhere in the world. I found a lot of providers that claimed global coverage, but in reality, they didn't. CommPeak has routes to everywhere in the world, both for VoIP and SMS. They make it easier for me to expand my business.

Fair prices and honest voip company.

I always know exactly where my money is going. They send me regular billing reports and I can also just look it up on my dashboard. They only charge for what I use, and they’re very clear about where each charge coming from. With a different provider that I used, I was always getting overcharged. This is never happened with CommPeak and it’s just a relief to finally work with an honest company.

Facing worst experience

Facing worst experience. No technical support. I cant forward calls. They are billing even without any service. Its 1 week gone and no solution of any single issue. I will edit my review if my setup works properly.

We've checked your ticket regarding configuring DID numbers with your SIP account and forwarding calls to your Skype number. Our team explained that, for what you were requesting, you need to use a landline or mobile number. For the DID numbers, we also suggested getting a PBX system that could better handle your requirements. We've tried contacting you several times to resolve the issue but never received a response. Amazing Customer Support Team.

CommPeak definitely has one of the best support teams I’ve ever worked with. They’ve always been available for me whenever I need them (24/7), and the employees are so friendly. One time I had an issue with my call quality to Romania and the delay was really bad. I called them up, and right away they got working on the issues and it was solved pretty quickly. Also, whenever I have a basic question about the PBX, Almog has always been so helpful and patient.

this is the worst platform i ever used.

this is the worst platform i ever used.
they have problems with the voip with no end.
and when i ask for refund they keep closing the ticket.
i advice everyone not to use this platform its the worst.
the support of commonpeak is the worst in history
and the account manager just dont care about you .
i really think they are scammers
